Hammerhead Oysters from Cape Cod Massachusetts
Hammerhead Oysters
Hammerhead Oysters are found along the deep channel of West Bay Massachusetts. Hammerhead Oysters was an oyster commissioned by our good friend Chef Bob Getchell at the Boathouse in Disney Springs. Chef Bob wanted a deep-cup New England oyster that had a shell that could stand up to the demands of shucking thousands of oysters per night. The Hammerhead oyster was born.
