Farm Operations
Ian joined the Cape Cod Oyster Company team in 2016. After nearly ten years on the West Coast making wine and selling beer, he relocated his family back to his native Cape Cod and decided to make the ocean his office, most days. At CCOC Ian splits his time between production at three farm sites and headquarters to help keep oysters moving to our awesome network of wholesalers. Quality, hard work and fun on the job keep him getting to work before the sun every day. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with family, surfing, snowboarding and cycling. Ian holds degrees from Saint Michael’s College and San Francisco State University. He lives in Cotuit with his wife and three young children.
